Ritual Committee

TBB's Ritual Committee strives to carry forward the traditions of our people and the customs of this synagogue while examining how to make our prayer spaces welcoming, inclusive, spiritually uplifting, and musically rich.

• We collaborate with the Rabbi to plan and run Shabbat and holiday services and other ritual observances at TBB.
• We work with the Rabbi to shape the synagogue’s approach to interpreting Halakha (Jewish law).
• We work with lay service leaders and facilitate opportunities for those who are interested to learn or refine skills such as leading services and reading Torah.
• We will be building a library of liturgical melodies on our website to help everyone engage in tefillah (prayer) as fully as possible.
